Okay, I've never bred before, but my bitch's page is saying she's in heat, but when I try to breed her, tells me she cannot breed again until she's 24 months old. Still telling me she's in heat and can be bred, did they breed or what? Could somebody please help me out?

That means she was recently bred (: Dogs have a waiting period after being bred to prevent overpopulation, I suggest if you have any more questions you go to the issue hub under help alacrity (:
